The SPC9 PDW SD is B&T’s ultra-compact integrally suppressed addition to the Special Purpose Carbine (SPC) lineup.  Using the already popular APC9 lower, the SPC9 adds new hybrid controls and a hydraulic-buffer system.  B&T was kind enough to send over their new SPC9 PDW SD for us to review.

Finland and Norway already have very generous legislation and traditions for suppressors, and today Sweden joins the club. The new legislation means that suppressors should no longer be considered a firearm part and they no longer require a specific license to possess, as long as you have a permit to own the firearm onto which the suppressor fits.

It is not a secret that I am a fan of folding guns. The Magpul FMG is a holy grail for me and when Magpul announced their collaboration with ZevTech, I was excited. However, there was another possibility that my friends and I discussed describing what we would like to see. And now it seems B&T USA will be making that dream come true with their BWC-9, a folding chassis that uses a SIG P320 FCU and slide.

In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves visits B&T to see their upcoming SPC223. The SPC223 is another B&T Swiss masterwork of a carbine, however, the SPC will share a manual of arms with the AR-15/M16 more so than B&T’s current .223 carbine, the APC223. American operators would likely prefer this hybrid of the AR and the APC223, but check out today’s video to see if this system works for you.

The APC45 has been a popular pistol caliber carbine for a lot of individuals as well as law enforcement agencies. However, for the average user of the APC45 Pro, having to shell out nearly $100 per magazine can get pretty expensive if you plan on running your PCC within a competition or using it for daily patrol. Now, B&T is offering the APC45 Pro-G model which is compatible with Glock 21 magazines which are reliable, durable, and most important of all – much more affordable.

Owners of FN America’s Five-seveN handgun look here! B&T have teamed up with Jarvis Inc. to offer a match-grade, 10x1mm threaded barrel and a thread-on suppressor for this specific pistol. The specifications of the new B&T FN Five-seveN suppressor are 5.7x28mm caliber (obviously!) with a length of 8 inches and a diameter of 1.4 inches. The weight is 12 ounces.

KCI USA showed off their new magazine for the B&T 9mm series of guns. Bottom line up front: suggested retail is $34.99 for a 30-round magazine, and they should be available within the next month. All KCI magazines are manufactured in Korea, but tested in the US. KCI said they have done extensive drop testing on this new magazine, and they had numerous videos of it being dropped from all angles on all sides.

B&T unveiled a massive new lineup of silencers and a new 9mm sub-gun at SHOT Show 2022.  On display were silencers that ranged from rimfire to belt-fed rated, as well as the new SPC9 chambered in 9mm.  Here’s a full guide to what’s new and coming very soon from B&T.

B&T USA has just announced the arrival of the SPC9 – Special Purpose Carbine – that combines features and characteristics from the B&T APC9, H&K MP5, and the AR-15 platforms. Critics of most blow-back operated pistol caliber carbines often note that perceived recoil and suppression characteristics are underwhelming compared to delayed action systems. The B&T SPC9 uses a hydraulic buffer system similar to the APC line of carbines/SMGs to mitigate common blow-back action traits. As an APC9 owner, I can vouch for the hydraulic buffer system’s usefulness. The SPC9 will be available in five configurations, of which the integrally suppressed SD model gets my full attention. To say that I am excited is a bit of an understatement. Knowing that more B&T suppressors are bound for U.S. shores is a great way to kick off the year. In fact, since B&T will be at the 2022 SHOT Show Industry Day At The Range, there’s a good chance we’ll get a first-hand look at B&T’s reduced back pressure subgun and rifle suppressors in just a few days. B&T makes well engineered guns and gear; the challenge has always been getting them into American’s hands.
