Contrary to what you might read on Instagram, there are still a lot of people who prefer leather holsters. They provide added comfort when worn in a concealed fashion, and they don’t seem to be going anywhere. Bianchi Leather has decided to add a little more style to their holsters. They have added a new weathered finish as an option for two of their holsters: the Remedy and the Professional. Soon, more holsters will offer this new finish.

Blackhawk has added more than its fair share of products to the market. Everything from backpacks to holsters. Continuing the trend in late 2021, Blackhawk expands two of its popular holster lineups. These are new fits for the Stache and T-Series L2C holsters.

Strike Industries is based in California. The restrictions in that hell ho…state have given inspiration to the company for many products that would otherwise not be allowed. Their Megafin was a massive help when running a featureless AR. Using their passion for innovation, the folks at Strike Industries also found a way to give people in restricted states access to pistol compensators. The Mass Driver, a compensator that doesn’t require a threaded barrel, is now available for Gen5 Glock pistols.

Buying several holsters for the same gun, multiplied by multiple firearms, means a lot of dough spent. While there’s no such thing as one holster to fit every need, Bianchi Leather has just released a new holster aimed at cutting down wasted money and space in the holster drawer. Convertible from inside-the-waistband to outside-the-waistband, this is the new Shenandoah OWB/IWB Holster from Bianchi Leather.

Does your MPL, Uzi, MP5, Spectre, or Jatimatic need a sling?  Soon to be available from Blue Force Gear is a new little sling for your SMGs.  The new sling is able to be configured either as a single point or two-point sling via Blue Force Gear’s ULoop attachment system.  Perfect for SMGs such as the “Uzi Nine Millimeter” that have smaller sling attachment points, and don’t feature QD cups like more modern firearms.  The Vickers SMG sling is also svelte, weight is only 3.35oz.

The holster maker, Bianchi, recently launched a new website and updated their logo, and asked us to spotlight a few holsters to bring that fact to light. Bianchi has been in the holster making business for more than four decades, and have continued making all types of holsters for armed citizens, law enforcement, and the military under Safariland’s umbrella. Despite Bianchi’s new logo and website, they still remain under Safariland’s ownership. Today, we’ll focus our attention on Bianchi’s Military Universal Revolver holster, model UM84R. This holster is configurable in many different ways to mate numerous different carry styles into one, do-it-all, outside the waistband (OWB) holster. Since I’m an contributing member of TFB’s Wheelgun Wednesday squad, I specifically chose to review this Universal Military Revolver holster from Bianchi, let’s see if this older design is still relevant.

What’s the point in having a cool rifle if you can’t carry it? Slings allow us to comfortably keep that thang on us, but they’re also so much more. Oftentimes, we see automatically activated lasers on defensive handguns, but what about your rifles or pistols? While many companies who produce aftermarket parts will often make them only for more expensive weapon systems, Strike Industries disagrees with this approach. Known for functional and affordable parts, Strike Industries falls right in line with the Taurus approach. Adding to the value of an already high-value firearm, Strike Industries has just released the EMP for the Taurus G3.

Midwest Industries have expanded their line of rifle parts and accessories by introducing the new Side Folding Extruded Stock. With a silhouette resembling the triangle AK side folders, this stock looks really good on AK pattern rifles, however, being 1913 rail compatible, it will work with any firearm that has a Picatinny rail section as a stock mounting interface.

Having the ability to move your SIG Sauer P320 FCU (Fire Control Unit) into grip modules is incredibly valuable. Not only is customizing your firearms fun, but it allows shooters to keep different frames for different purposes. I recently took my 11.5″ AR pistol, which is equipped only with an A2 birdcage, to an indoor range. Needless to say, I wasn’t well-received. OuterImpact have announced the addition to their line of Modular Red Dot Adapters (M.R.A.) to include a riser mount for rifles, carbines, and other firearms with Picatinny rails suitable for mounting optics on. OuterImpact note that it is able to accommodate around 30 red dot optics. The mount also has 7 different levels so shooters can pick their own level of co-witness.

I don’t know about you, but carrying a rigid, metal gun in a rigid, plastic holster can sometimes be uncomfortable. Depending on the position in which you carry your firearm, your setup can rub against your bones or skin. To help alleviate some of the discomforts of everyday carry, Galco Holsters has entered a new solution. Meant to be used as padding between you and your firearm, this is Galco’s MyCloud accessory for inside-the-waistband holsters.

As we add more and more crap onto the handguard of our carbines, things can get a bit messy. Most of what we attach is electronic in nature: weapon lights, IR devices, marital aides, etc. Many of these also have cables. Muzzle brakes are quite useful out on the flat range during a competition or just casual shooting for making faster follow-up shots but they don’t often make you any friends on the firing line. Lantac is proud to introduce their latest addition to the Dragon Muzzle Brake lineup with the new Dead Air KEYMO mounting system that is used with the Dead Air Wolfman suppressor. This new mount claims to reduce muzzle recoil to zero and with improved accuracy even with full-auto fire.

Last year was a doozy. It seemed that overnight, not only were individual rights disappearing, but so were guns and ammo. Finding 9mm was and still is nearly impossible. FAB Defense have introduced the Collapsible Rapid Adjustment Precision Stock (RAPS-C), an adjustable stock “designed for the precision minded shooter who wants a full-featured adjustable precision rifle stock with carbine functionality”. The RAPS-C has a latch system that locks both the length of pull and the cheek rest height with one lever that can be configured for right or left-hand shooters. It also has a spring-loaded butt which remembers the user’s previously selected length of pull and will spring back to that position when deployed.

Austrian hunting arms manufacturer  Strasser has introduced a new bipod called BONE. According to the company, the BONE bipod was developed by combining the best existing design solutions with new innovative ideas, with the goal of creating the most universal bipod. “Light – Stable – Universal” is the slogan of Strasser BONE bipod. Overall, it looks like the company really takes pride in the BONE bipod design and has even launched a  website dedicated to this product.

NordArm has developed a quick detachable blank firing adapter for the iconic Browning M2 .50 caliber heavy machine gun. NordArm’s blank firing adapter has a patented attachment system which requires no tools to fit and uses a clamp and ratchet system and the adapter mounts onto the gun’s barrel support.

The ability to grip your equipment is so important, an entire aftermarket exists for permanently altering firearms to increase purchase. Slippery magnification rings, pistol grips, vertical grips, and magazines can slow you down. However, thanks to Strike Industries, there is a non-permanent solution.
