SIG Sauer have announced the expansion of their Equinox Elite Series for the P220, P226, and P229 Classic Line pistols. The new pistols offer the two-tone Equinox slide treatment, a black anodized alloy frame, X-RAY 3 Day/Night Sights and black G10 grip.

The Duty RDS sight is the latest product announcement from the Swedish company Aimpoint, with just days until SHOT Show 2022 opens. As the name indicates, the target customer group is Law Enforcement in need of a budget-friendly, yet durable sight. The Duty RDS has a 2-MOA dot, and the brightness intensity switch is controlled via a new digital keypad which can be operated with (or without) gloves.

Using steel shot on birds and small game has so many benefits. Steel is denser than lead, meaning the same size pattern can house more pellets. Another benefit to steel is that it’s cleaner. Hornady recently announced a new line of monolithic expanding copper alloy bullet line named CX Bullets for short. The CX line isn’t Hornady’s first go at monolithic copper expanding projectiles and is said to be an improvement on the GMX bullet. The CX line will be offered in nine rifle calibers being produced for the launch, some of which have several grain weight offerings. The CX bullets feature a heat-resistant polymer tip to assist in expanding the solid copper alloy bullet upon entering game animals, and meet regulations in areas that require lead-free ammunition.

Ranger Point Precision is known for their aftermarket support for lever action guns, and they’ll soon be adding Modular Butt Stocks to fit Marlin and Henry rifles. The new Ranger Point Precision Modular Butt Stocks are made of aluminum and have an adjustable comb height, can accept AR-15 butt plates, and can also accept Ranger Point’s cartridge quivers.
