SIG SAUER's New P320-AXG Legion is Now Available

SIG SAUER announced a new P320 variant earlier this year, at SHOT Show 2023. James Reeves got his hands on one there, and you can check out the video here. This newest model is called the P320-AXG Legion and incorporates a few key features differentiating it from other versions in the extant P320 lineup. The most noticeable is its two-port slide-integrated expansion chamber, in essence, a built-in permanent compensator, which is advertised as reducing recoil by 30%. Some other key points include its optics-ready slide, AXG signature stainless steel frame (AXG indicates Alloy X-Grip, as opposed to polymer), and custom Hogue G10 grips emblazoned with the Legion chevron logo. Read further details below in SIG’s official product description.

They have never previously produced a handgun, but that’s all changing now. Wheelgun fans rejoice and meet the new Henry Big Boy Revolvers.

Increase Capabilities: The Strike Shotgun Barrel Clamp for 12-Gauge

A 12-gauge shotgun is a formidable weapon. You’ll find the internet to be littered with comments about shotguns being the best home defense weapon. While these comments are usually filled with inaccuracies and spelling mistakes, what they tend to lack is criticism. Shotguns are very effective but also tend to lack capabilities that would put them on par with other modern options. Strike Industries is aiming (yes, you still have to aim with a shotgun) to change that. Making it easier to mount a sling and other accessories, this is the new Strike Shotgun Barrel Clamp for 12-gauge shotguns.

Then knowing your target becomes the most important rule. Positive identification (PID) is extremely important, especially for a trained civilian. The best way to know your target is to see it, and in dark environments, that can be difficult. Thankfully, the weapon light market has you covered with tons of high-quality lights for your carry guns. The newest from SureFire is the XSC-B Subcompact Handgun WeaponLight.

The Bul crew has largely set out to modernize this classic, particularly when it comes to their competition-centric race guns. In the US, they’ve come to be probably most commonly known for their 1911s, notably their competition-purposed race guns. However, they also produce handguns intended for duty use and EDC/concealed carry. Over the last year or so, there have been rumblings about some new and improved polymer-framed models coming to the US, as James and Luke C. reported on at last year’s IWA trade show. More updates emerged earlier this month from IWA 2023, and now Bul has announced that their new 2023 Axe Hatchet handgun models, generally comparable to the Glock 17 and 19 but with some apparent aftermarket customization-inspired features, should be available later this year. Nexbelt Releases New NTAC-45 1.75″ Ratcheting EDC Belt

When I teach concealed carry courses, I always stress that everyday carry is not one piece of gear. The whole thing needs to work as a system, and one of the foundational pieces is a sturdy belt. Though two-belt systems have gained popularity, many of us are more inclined to run one belt that fills multiple roles. Nexbelt is known for their ratcheting EDC belts, and they’ve just stepped it up a notch. The new NTAC-45 1.75″ ratcheting EDC belt is built to fit your EDC needs as well as take the place of your battle belt.
