Review: TXT Custom Gun Works Glock Stippling
You might be asking “Patrick, if the Glock is ‘perfect’ why did you feel the need to alter the frame?” An easy answer, because it isn’t perfect. The truth is the Gen4 Glock 19 is about as close to perfect as I have found for a handgun but there are some changes that I wanted to make to tailor the firearm to me.
Weapons Armament Research CA Legal Glock Comp
Sometimes ridiculous laws and regulations will drive innovation. Weapons Armament Research (WAR) has designed a compensator for Glock pistols that uses a system without barrel threads, which for some reason is illegal in places like California. Named the Lock On Compensator (L.O.C.), WAR developed the muzzle device to use a near tool less design to attach and remove the comp. Users can use a punch or a bullet tip to add or remove the device.
POTD: Glock 43 Exposed
This photo was reposted by @ArmoryBlog and was originally posted by @theglockchannel. It looks like a Glock 43 stripped down and suspended. Possibly hung with fishing string and photoshopped out the lines. It does not look like a CG rendering, however if it is a CG model then the subtle attention to detail is amazing in the rendering.
Canadians Looking For New Service Handgun
Possibly one of the last of the Five Eyes countries to retain a Second World War era handgun, the Canadian Forces announced plans to begin the solicitation and testing process of finding a handgun to replace the currently issued 9x19mm Browning Hi-Powers. Jagemann Launches New Glock Magazines
The Glock has quickly become the “AR-15” of the handgun world. Over the last few years, and especially this last year, companies have been flocking to offer products for the platform including slides, barrels, triggers, frames, and magazines. Perhaps most pronounced this year from SHOT is the additional companies getting into the Glock magazine game, this time including Jagemann.
KE Arms 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbine Lower
As is evidenced by this year’s SHOT Show, pistol caliber carbines are all the rage among the cool kids. Enough so that I may have to see what it is all about, especially now that KE Arms is manufacturing a Glock magazine compatible lower…
Recover Tactical Glock Magazine Clips
No, it is not a typo or lack of knowledge. This product is really a “magazine clip”. Probably the inspiration to design it came from the expression used by the infamous politician. MC17 is a Glock magazine accessory made by Recover Tactical. It adds a belt or pocket clip to the magazine. When the magazine is inserted into the gun, the clip rests inside the Glock grip cavity.
POTD: Cutaway Osprey45 & Glock 20
A friend of mine shared this photo he found on Reddit. It is a SilencerCo Osprey 45 on a 10mm Glock 20. Both have had sections removed to expose the details underneath. I have seen cutaway Glocks but not a 10mm Glock 20 version before.
Glock In The Movies | SHOT 2017
This year’s Glock reception had the theme “Glock In The Movies”. I was lucky enough to get an invitation to this year’s Glock reception.
