It’s made from lightweight titanium alloy, using a modular design with four removable baffles, and an entrance chamber that’s serialized and compatible with various suppressor mounts (via HUB mounting). It has taper-threaded baffles that prevent backing off and carbon locking, and symmetrical baffle notches to allegedly improve accuracy. MSRP is $1,099.95
EasyExport Now Processing Suppressor Exports to the International Commercial Market
Until recently, U.S. laws and regulations prevented most commercial sales and exports of firearms classified under the National Firearms Act (NFA). However, changes to ITAR, USML, and State Department classifications in 2020 opened the exportation of silencers (sound suppressors) to commercial customers. If you thought navigating the NFA as a U.S. customer was confusing, exporting controlled items like silencers takes the process to a new level. EasyExport is offering a system to suppressor manufacturers that will streamline the procedures needed for international sales. Details can be found below.
Rugged Suppressors Introduces the Alaskan360 Suppressor

Rugged Suppressors has just announced the introduction of their latest suppressor – the Alaskan360. The Alaskan 360 is meant to be an all-around suppressor that can handle the highest pressure rounds, like .338 Lapua Magnum and .300 Remington Ultra Magnum.

TFB FIRST LOOK: Introducing the New 5.56 SIG MCX SPEAR-LT
Small arm designs are introduced in both revolutionary and evolutionary processes, each being equally important to developing a reliable and capable firearm system. For manufacturers, engineering a new gun and its progressive iterations, is a painstaking progression that requires refinement, numerous evaluation cycles, and performance improvements. For the consumer, the excitement of a new system is intertwined with compatibility concerns, the hope for additional features in future releases, and waiting – a cycle that is not unique to the firearm industry. In early 2015, SIG Sauer released the MCX, a revolutionary design in a market awash in direct impingement AR-15 variants. In the years since the initial release, the MCX progressed into the MCX Virtus, arriving at where we are today – the introduction of the SIG MCX SPEAR-LT.

Let’s take a closer look.
Silencer Central Ranks High on the 2022 Inc. 5000 Annual List
Dropping in at number 1,309 on the Inc. 5000 Annual List of the fastest growing companies in America, Silencer Central continues to show massive growth in the firearms industry. The Inc. Annual List ranks the continued success of companies during a time of rapid inflation and supply chain issues. Silencer Central’s inclusion on this year’s Inc. 5000 list is quite an accomplishment for a company that operates in the niche market of suppressors regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA). Additional details can be found in the press release below.
TFB HANDS ON: The Swiss B&T BWC
After a decade of waiting, I finally had a chance to get hands-on with the B&T BWC. Using the already popular P320 Fire Control Unit (FCU), this design finally makes a new school folding short-barreled rifle a reality. I had the rare opportunity to travel to Switzerland with the TFBtv crew to get hands-on with the BWC and send a few rounds downrange.
Incredible Swiss Folding Gun: The B&T BWC
In this episode of TFBTV, James Reeves visits B&T in Switzerland to see their take on the folding carbine, the B&T BWC (“Because We Can”). The BWC is a 9mm folding SMG/PCC that uses a SIG P320 fire control unit or “FCU” meaning that the BWC itself is not a firearm, but a frame or chassis. This means that this folding pistol chassis is unregulated – a mere accessory. A SIG P320 owner can buy this chassis like any other unregulated accessory because it does not come as a complete firearm. Once you purchase it, you need only insert a SIG P320 FCU and slide/barrel upper, and you have a complete folding carbine.
TFB Armorer's Bench: Cleaning a Suppressor with a Wet Tumbler
Welcome everyone to the TFB Armorer’s Bench! As mentioned in the little blurb, this series will focus on a lot of home armorer and gunsmith activities. In this article I decided to touch further on a project I had referenced intending to do back when I worked with the Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler Lite. As far as cleaning rimfire suppressors goes, there are a few different options. You can do it by hand (scrubbing and soaking in solvents), you could get an ultrasonic cleaner, perhaps attempt the infamous “Dip”, or I have heard about people using stainless steel pins and a wet tumbler which is normally used for reloading. I had some time to put this to the test while I worked on some other projects and my Dead Air Mask really needed a cleaning. Let’s dive in and see how cleaning a suppressor with a wet tumbler went!
