What's The Perfect Size Flashlight For A Rifle?

When talking about weapon lights, probably the most asked question about lights would be the best rifle light for a defensive AR carbine. There’s no shortage of quality options of WML (weapon mounted lights) on the market but they all have pros and cons whether its size, weight, or brightness. Now don’t get me wrong, I know there won’t ever be a single perfect light for every situation but there are a few different models out there that do a great job considering the size and lumen count.

TFB Review Type A's 10.5 308 AR Pistol – The Shredder of Everything

I can’t really explain why I have wanted to try an AR-10 pistol out but it’s been a long time coming. It’s something about having such a hard-hitting round in a compact package. Let’s be honest, I know some of you are going to say I’m insane for wanting a short 308 AR pistol. I get it, you’d have to be a drunk mad man to own something so concussive in such a small package. All of those are probably valid but don’t jump to conclusions just yet. For the longest time, I kept going back and forth between building an AR-10 pistol and buying one ready to go out of the gate. After looking around for a few months, I came across the Type-A’s 10.5 308 AR pistol. I gave them a call and we figured out a gun that would work for my needs.

The Curious Case of Joseph Roh

The internet, or at least the parts of it that deal with guns, is aflame in recent days about an ATF decision to defer prosecution against one Joseph Roh. But who is Joseph Roh? Why does his deferred prosecution matter? Did the ATF actually shake federal gun law to its core? To answer that question immediately – maybe. If this were some sort of claim/fact rating article, I’d rate the claim “this is a big deal” as half-true.

Even with all the top tier options out there, some available at very reasonable prices, people still choose to go with PSA and Anderson Rifles. The new FMR from FIMS Firearms is intended to stand amongst the greats in the top tiers of the AR-15 Market.

Russian ORSIS Starts Manufacturing AR-15 Rifles Called ORSIS-AR15J

Russian ORSIS has announced that they have set up a manufacturing line to produce AR-15 pattern rifles chambered in .223 Remington. The new rifles are called ORSIS-AR15J. They seem to be pretty standard configuration rifles but if priced right they should have a high demand in Russia because there is very limited availability of reasonably priced quality AR-15s in the local market. The company earlier used to assemble AR-15 rifles from imported parts but the new ORSIS-AR15J will be completely manufactured in-house.
