POTD: Heckler & Koch MP5 Cutaway Models
Photo Of The Day – Established in 2014 and a way to show carefully selected photographs from the world of firearms on a daily basis. As a bonus, you get a short story, and hopefully, you’ll learn something new. Today we take a look at the Heckler & Koch MP5 “Schnittmodell“, which is a cutaway model for demonstration purposes. There are two versions in the pictures, notice the different stocks.
Safe, 1 or all 30?

I dunno. Old cutaway guns are cool, but since Heckler and Koch love plastic, I'd thought they'd make a translucent demo. Cut outs on an MP5 feel wrong.

The best way to see the innards and without destroying the gun.
