Today I shot the Ruger SR-22 and LCR-22. The SR-22 jammed once (unsure if the fault was the pistol, magazine or ammo). The LCR-22 worked as expected.

Taiwan company MadBull Airsoft have developed a conversion kit to convert any non-semi auto shotgun (pump, single shot, double barrel) into an airsoft gun. The kit includes a barrel insert and special 12 gauge rounds. The rounds of loaded with standard 6mm plastic BBs and charged with C02 gas.

I would be hard not to feel bad-ass carrying the new USFA M4-410 pistol. The .410/45 Long Colt revolver features a short 2″ barrel and a large mean-looking birdcage-style flashhider.

I have good news. SIG will be selling the law enforcement /folding stock version of the SIG ACP to consumers through commercial dealers. Any pistol used with it will still need to be registered as a Short Barreled Rifle with the BATFE.

CZ has announced a limited edition CZ 75 pistol called the CZ 75 Legend to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Česká zbrojovka a. s. in Uherský Brod.

A keen-eyed reader noticed that Masterpiece Arms have listed on their website a new MPA pistol chambered in 5.7x28mm. To accommodate the 30 round 5.7mm magazine (the same magazine used by the FN pistols?), they have a redesigned grip, which looks a lot more ergonomic than the aweful MAC-10 grip.

Umarex USA are importing .22 pistols and rifles patterned on the famous UZI machine gun. The guns are manufactured by Carl Walther in Germany but are branded IWI (the official UZI manufacturer). There are two models. The rifle model modeled after the UZI carbine and includes a folding stock and faux suppressor. The pistol model is modeled after the Micro UZI machine pistol.

The latest Rhino revolver is chambered in .40 S&W. It is used with full-moon clips to hold the rimless .40 S&W rounds.
