Photo Of The Day - Photography is a powerful medium that allows individuals to freeze moments in time, capturing the essence of emotions, stories, and the beauty that surrounds us. Taking great photos is not merely about owning an expensive camera; it's an art form that requires a blend of technical skill, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. The photographer did a great job this time!

Today we have a night shoot with the 75th Ranger Regiment. I think I’d better mention that, so people don’t think it’s a Texas Hog Hunt we’re looking at.

Did you ever shoot a machine gun with tracers in the night? Or even during the day? I have and it’s an amazing experience, especially when someone else is paying. What most people don’t realize is that for every round that you see, there are about 4-5 more in between (depending on how you set the belt up).

They should just plan to fight wars during the daytime. Would save a lot on NVGs, batteries, and whatnot.
