SILENCER SATURDAY #328: Thinking Back To... My First Suppressor – The Liberty Mystic

Editor’s Note: The laws and regulations surrounding the National Firearms Act (NFA) are complicated. Know and understand your local, state, and federal laws before making any alterations to firearms and suppressors. I personally believe that NFA regulations shouldn’t exist, but until the laws are repealed, make sure to stay safe and legal.

Today it carries a price tag to match its legend. Is it worth it to feel lucky? Let’s dive into my review of the Smith & Wesson Model 29 Classic!

Walther Reintroduces .32 ACP PPK and PPK/s Models

Walther is bringing back a classic pistol option not seen in many years. While most American shooters think of the PPK as a .380 ACP, that was not the original chambering. The .32 ACP PPK was the first model, and Walther is making it again.

Heritage Manufacturing Range Side 410 Bore Lever Guns

Heritage Manufacturing are expanding their line of lever action firearms with the introduction of the Range Side series. These new lever guns are chambered in 410 Bore which should mean they are shotguns but Heritage Manufacturing call them rifles, so maybe these are slug guns? That’s why I decided to use a neutral term – lever gun.

TFB Review: INTEGRIX IX8 1-8X28 LPVO

A while back, Leapers reached out to the crew at The Firearm Blog and asked if anybody would be interested in reviewing one of their new 1-8 LPVOs. I was particularly intrigued by this, as I was not aware that Leapers/Integrix was creating military spec optics, and I thought that they only made scopes for airsoft guns or pellet rifles. I have already done a first impressions piece on the INTEGRIX IX8 1-8X28 LPVO that you can read here. I will be briefly going over the specs here so if you want more of that information, check out the first impressions piece.

TFB Behind The Gun Podcast #115: Full Spectrum Warrior Training w/ Rich Graham

I’ve had the opportunity to train with a lot of people over the years but one of my more recent learning experiences brought me to a Safariland event with the training outfit, Full Spectrum Warrior. Headed up by former Navy SEAL Rich Graham, Full Spectrum Warrior trains both civilian and military alike, and tends to focus on a broader range of complimentary skills, rather than just drills on the five-yard line. Today I wanted to bring Rich on to share a bit about himself, what got him into wanting to be a firearms trainer, and of course explain some of his methodology to us. There’s a lot to be learned in this podcast so if you’re looking for a few items to mull over and perhaps motivate you to get to the range, tune in for this week’s episode featuring Rich Graham of Full Spectrum Warrior!
