Leapers & UTG continue their proliferation of SKUs, now adding an 8x zoom optic to the mix. The optic is one of the first of their “Multi-Range Combat & Competition” (MRC) scopes. The scope features a 30mm main body tube, comes with integral angled sunshaed, flip-open lens caps, and its own set of Max Strength QD scope rings.

UTG continues to press hard with new product releases, this time offering a new series of extended M-LOK Handguards. The new “Super Slim” series features 7 tracks of M-LOK at the 1:30, 3, 4:30, 6, 7:30, 9, & 10:30 positions and an uninterrupted picatinny rail across the top.  All UTG PRO items are manufactured in the United States and are 922r compliant. 

Not content to be called “cheap (insert choice east-asian country here) sh*t” UTG, has been rapidly expanding its USA based manufacturing capabilities. Products manufactured in their US facility have picked up the “Pro” moniker.

Not everyone can afford to spend $500 on optics.  Fortunately, for those in search of lower priced reflex sights, there is a plethora to choose from.  The challenge is sorting out the quality gear in this expansive category.

UTG/Leapers has released their PRO S2 Recon stock and assembly. The new S2 is made in the USA. The new S2 is a slimmer and lighter version of the full-size S1 stock released not long ago. Compatible with MIL-Spec buffer tubes, the stock is capable of a 7.5″ Length of Pull when collapsed and is compatible with all positions on the buffer tube.

Whether you’re a hunter or a target shooter, you might need a scope for your handgun. Especially as hunters use their pistols to take down game on an increasing basis the need for good quality handgun scopes is increasing, and answering that call is Leapers/UTG. Earlier this year the company put out their very first long-eye relief scope, and now they’re putting out a model similar to that of what they call the “classic” scope style customers use most.

Leapers has been manufacturing gear for shooting and hunting enthusiasts since 1992. In that time they’ve made countless new and innovative products from armor to bipods to optics with a focus on niche products. At SHOT Show this past January their booth was one of the largest, and the selection was incredible.

UTG announced the company is now selling KeyMod hand guards for the ArmaLite AR10 and DPMS-pattern .308 rifles. The new hand guards are made of 6061 T6 aluminum and have a hard coat black anodized finish. The rails are 15″ long.

Leapers UTG is now selling a new scope they’re advertising as being extremely versatile and capable of delivering an exceptional performance. We’re all familiar with the various optics available for many different needs, and now Leapers is saying they’ve come up with one that pretty much does it all. The new scope is the 2-16X44 CQB/MRC IE and it’s a part of the company’s UTG T8 line. Read on for a detailed description from Leapers.

The number of accessory mounting options for AK owners continues to grow; UTG has announced new 13″ AK handguards compatible with Vltor’s KeyMod rail/accessory mounting system. From the press release:

UTG/Leapers announced they are now selling an AR-style stock with adapter for stamped AK-style rifles. The kit includes an aluminum extension tube with a permanently attached stamped AK receiver adapter. The adjustable stock has six different length adjustments.

Covert carry bags for long guns seem to be one of the areas for which many companies are now making products.  In recent months, I’ve seen Comp-Tac, BLACKHAWK! and UTG all putting out low profile bags.
