New Panzer Arms Speed and Speed Pro M4-compatible Shotguns

Panzer Arms USA has announced two new versions of their M4 shotgun. The Speed and Speed Pro models include a variety of features catering to competition users. Let’s take a look at the differences from the base model guns.

For those unfamiliar, the Panzer M4 is a very close copy of the Benelli M4 shotgun. Panzer Arms advertises that all parts are interchangeable with the Benelli M4. Turkish clones of Benelli shotguns have made a major impact in the US market, and TFB has reviewed them with both good and bad results.

On top of the usual Benelli M4 parts compatibility, the Speed model adds a QD sling cup on the receiver, barrel porting, a pic rail on the magazine tube, and a match saver. Additional features include a lightened bolt and ambidextrous charging handle, as well as an extended bolt release button. The Speed Pro model adds a metal MLOK handguard to the standard Speed model. Pricing and availability information are not listed, but retailers like Palmetto State Armory are listing these models on their site but not yet in stock, so keep your eyes peeled for them coming soon.
