-You can pick up the lower from your dealer, it is not yet an NFA item. Once it is transferred to you, login to the Silencer Shop dashboard and select “I HAVE MY LOWER”.

-Your eForm 1 will be prepped for certification, and you will receive a “Ready to Certify” email.

-Certification can be done remotely, from your computer or smartphone.

-Once your eForm 1 is approved, login to the dashboard and select “My Form 1 is Approved!”

-Your lower is now a short barreled rifle, and we will ship the upper receiver to your home address."
