Galco has announced even more fits for the Triton 3.0 Kydex Strongside/Crossdraw IWB (Inside the Waistband) holster as well as the Switchback Strongside/Crossdraw series of belt holsters. The Triton 3.0 is now compatible with even more optics-equipped handguns (like the Glock G17) and the Switchback is good to go on more large-frame semi-autos like the chonky Springfield Armory XD-M Elite.

Galco Holsters @ TFB:

Galco TRITON 3.0 KYDEX STRONGSIDE/CROSSDRAW IWB HOLSTER

The marquee features of the Triton 3.0 Kydex Strongside/Crossdraw IWB holster are its near maintenance-free Kydex, sleek profile, easy concealment, and fast ability to draw your sidearm. With even more fits for makes and models of handguns becoming available, this makes it even more appealing for people who are searching for their next holster. These holsters have an MSRP of $76.00 for the newest fit offered ( Glock 17 w/ or w/o a Red Dot).

September, 2023 – A raised sweat guard protects the wearer’s body from the handgun, and the handgun from perspiration. The holster is cut low to accommodate most carry-style red dot sights. Included with the Triton is an optional, height-adjustable claw-type stabilizer for those gun carriers who prefer it.

The belt clips are adjustable for cant and suitable for strongside and crossdraw. The Triton 3.0’s improved appendix carry position offers the option of the 2.0’s previous ride height plus a lowered neutral cant position for gun carriers who prefer an even deeper ride.

The Triton 3.0 is supplied with two types of interchangeable tuckable clips. The first is the UniClip™, designed to go over the belt, but which also works well without a belt. The second is the Ultimate Stealth™ clip with hook, which fits on the trouser waistband, under or behind a belt with just the hook showing, for the ultimate in stealthy concealment!

Galco SWITCHBACK STRONGSIDE/CROSSDRAW BELT HOLSTER

The Galco Switchback Strongside/Crossdraw Belt Holsters are now available for even more large semi-auto models like the Beretta 92, Springfield Armory XD-M Elite, and many more. Predominantly known for its hybrid design of leather and synthetic materials, the Galco Switchback can also be ambidextrously carried via strongside or crossdraw. Your typical MSRP direct from Galco is around $67.00 based on the make and model of pistol you are playing with.

September, 2023 – A general-purpose hybrid design that combines the best elements of leather and synthetic, the Switchback™ is fully ambidextrous and can be carried in the strongside or crossdraw positions.

The main body of the holster is constructed of layered synthetics, beginning with an outer layer of durable black ballistic nylon. Beneath that is closed cell foam that imparts structure to the holster body and protection for the firearm in the field. Finally, a layer of 420 denier gunmetal-colored packcloth lines the holster.

An ambidextrous “exoskeleton” made of top grain steerhide allows the belt to be threaded through either side of the holster body in strongside or crossdraw positions, for right or left hand draw. The retention strap is reversible for ambidextrous use.

The Switchback is a perfect way to pack a full-size pistol in the great outdoors or on the range.

Replicating from nearly 40 years ago the first synthetic holsters for the Glock pistols that were not Glock brand is hardly innovation.

Placing the retention strap over the grip and preventing a solid draw is poor ergonomics.
