For the next few days, Ruger is running a promo. Sign up for their email lists, and you get entered for a chance to win a limited-edition target rifle. Only 2024 of the USA Shooting 10/22 Target rifles will be built; they’re being sold through distributor TALO, with proceeds going to benefit the USA Shooting program. It’s not just a fancy-finished limited-production model, as we see so often in the industry. It has upgrades like a BX-Trigger and benchrest-friendly full-floating front end to enhance accuracy.

Just so that we don’t screw up the wording, here is the announcement from Ruger, verbatim:

From now until August 12, 2024, if you join the Ruger, Marlin or Sportswear & Accessories email lists, you will be entered for a chance to win a USA Shooting 10/22® Target rifle.

This limited edition USA Shooting 10/22® Target rifle boasts a blue and red laminate ambidextrous barracuda-style target stock, satin blued barrel and USA Shooting coin located on the stock cap. This model also retains common 10/22 features like the push-button, cross-bolt manual safety and 1/2"-28 threaded cold hammer-forged barrel that accommodates popular muzzle accessories.

A winner will be drawn from those that have joined our email list(s) via this form, verified their email and are actively subscribed at the time of the drawing.

Verify your email address.

If you are not already a subscriber, you will receive a verification email. Follow the directions in the verification email to be entered. If you are already a verified subscriber, you will not receive a verification email, but you will still be entered.

Pay attention to that last line. If you’re from Mongolia or Argentina or some other country, sorry, you’re not eligible to enter. But then, you’d want a rifle that celebrated your own national shooting team, wouldn’t you? Ask nicely, maybe Ruger will make one for you.
