Hornady has a new powered case trimmer for 2025 that promises to speed up the process. The High Speed 3-in-1 Power Case Trimmer is a motorized tool to trim, chamfer, and deburr brass while reloading. Let’s take a closer look at its features.

Hornady @ TFB:

Hornady includes pilots for .22, 6mm, 6.5mm, and .30 caliber cases, and fittings for .223, standard, and magnum case heads. The motorized trimmer turns at 2,000 RPM for quick cutting. A simple twist motion on the handle locks and unlocks the brass in place for cutting, and it slides on rails to move into the trim head. There are coarse and fine adjustments for trim length to keep the setup consistent. Once a case is cut to length, it drops into a bin below the machine to speed up the process.

Several features on the 3-in-1 Power Case make it convenient. The cutter has a clear cover so you can watch the trimming process, and a chip tray below the cutter catches all of the little brass shavings that would otherwise end up on the floor. One of the best features is the combination of cutter head tools that allow the trimming, chamfering, and deburring to all happen in one operation rather than separate processes. No information on price or availability is available as of writing.
