C&H Precision Completes Acquisition of Paragon Weapon Light Cleaner

C&H Precision has cemented a reputation for themselves as the premier slide-milling and “optic fitting” company in the firearm industry for a number of years now. In the past year though, they have looked to expand upon that considerably with optics of their own and supplementary products like those from Paragon, and their Weapon Light Cleaner, which they now own, too.

Last August, C&H Precision was able to achieve a majority stake in Paragon. This was a strategic move to slowly and methodically grow the C&H family of companies. Now, as of June 2024, C&H Precision has completed the acquisition and assumes full ownership of Paragon. Here’s what C&H Precision has to say:

With the announcement of different optics at SHOT Show 2024 (a few of which we have reviewed on TFB) plus a 50,000 square foot facility that broke ground this past March, C&H Precision is well on their way to becoming a giant within the firearms industry. From slide milling to optics to cleaning solutions, they authentically have a little bit of everything. Maybe complete firearms will be next? Who knows...
