    Actually, Ceca was nickname of famous machine-gunner from JSO who also used to call his MG Ceca... Yugoslavia had license to produce T72 (which is armed with PKT) so at the same time, license to produce PKM/PKT is also acquired. And that scope that Darko is mentioning is not 4x but 3,5x made by Zrak. Not powerful one, but it's very robust prismatic scope.
    P.S. It was very popular during the 1990's to demonstrate superior feeding system by standing on belt while MG operator is shooting. "Ceca" would literally rip that belt under the feet without any malfunction.
