[SHOT 2024] Franklin Armory G-S223 Binary Trigger and Slide for Third Generation .40 S&W Glock 22

Franklin Armory, a popular firearms and accessories manufacturer, has unveiled its latest binary trigger system for Glock pistols, the G-S223. The new addition, which comes with an $899.99 price tag, brings their revolutionary binary system to the Third Generation .40 S&W Glock 22.

The standout feature of the G-S223, like with all of Franklin Armory’s binary systems, is its ability to fire with both the pull and reset of the trigger, effectively doubling the rate of fire. The system also includes a slide-mounted selector paddle which is easy to operate and allows users to swiftly toggle between binary and semi-automatic modes.

The G-S223 system also features a unique indicator on the back plate, showing whether the weapon is in semi/binary mode. This visual feedback can aid in quick decision making during high-pressure situations and provides a clear understanding of the state of the weapon at a glance.

As is expected from Franklin Armory products, G-S223 caters to customization needs and comes optics-ready, meaning it can accommodate multiple adapter plates. However, these adapter plates are sold separately, which could increase the overall investment for those keen on extra precision shooting.

Adding to the optics mounting feature, the G-S223 system also takes into account the needs of users who might need to operate under low-light conditions. The new system is equipped with both front and rear tritium night sights, making it easier to sight targets even in dimly lit environments.
