Purchasers can choose from several options and upgrades. There are three sizes of waistband straps: small, medium, and large. Upgrades include elastic or webbing positioning strips, spare magazine holders, and the Raven Concealment Vanguard minimalist holster.

The concealed carry pocket is the heart of the rig. It is 8 inches by 6 inches and has a loop lining for hook-and-loop accessory mounting. There are two grommets at the bottom of the pocket for tying down a trigger guard cover. Shield Arms makes the Junk Sack in three different colors, Ranger (green), Fallout (gray), and Black.
