New Safariland Schema Holster Options

Safariland has announced several new holster fitments of their Schema IWB rig. The Schema is a minimalist holster with a very low profile. It also boasts a minimalist price tag. Let’s see what new versions are being offered.

Safariland @ TFB:

I previously reviewed the Schema holster for the SIG Sauer P365. At that time, only a few options were available like the Glock 43/43X and Springfield Hellcat. Safariland now offers several other fits for popular carry pistols, including:

  • Glock: 19 and 45
  • Smith & Wesson: M&P 2.0 Shield,  M&P Shield, and M&P Shield Plus
  • Taurus: G2C and G3C

With these new models, Safariland will support many of the prevalent concealed pistols. However, the Schema is not compatible with brakes or weapon lights. It does work with most red dot sights, though. Unfortunately for the 10% of people who insist on being left-handed, the Schema is only available in right-handed models.

Safariland lists the Schema at $39.99, but prices at online retailers are generally less. These new versions are in stock as of writing and can be ordered directly from Safariland.

Speed holes. Just what a IWB holster needs.

Generic comment on how Safariland doesn't make a holster for my gun and their "Holster Finder" is trash.

@rklk It was bad for a long time, but I really haven't had any issues looking up holsters for people over the last couple of years.
